The 2nd Annual Treasure Valley's Hometown Idol is a singing contest for anyone 16 and up. Come be a part of our 2nd Annual tryouts and finals as a part of Summer Fun Fest's entertainment and excitement. The title winner receives at least $1,000 and a trophy. The 2008 title winner was Katie Adams of Boise.

David Osmond (as seen on American Idol) will open up the Finals with singing performances and then help judge the remaining contestants!!!

*Preliminaries will be judged by panel of local experts in music. Info to come.

The Finals will be judged by these noteworthy individuals in the music industry:

David Osmond: Singer; former American Idol Contestant. Check out his single, "Last Day" on iTunes.

Miggy Santos: Magic 93.1's most popular DJ; Record producer.

Sam Schultz: Manager of David Osmond; A&R rep for Sony BMG; Creator and director of a hit Utah reality show called "Create the Group", createthegroup.net; Managed a girl group called "4real" & worked with multiple American Idol artists; Producer and Songwriter.
